IBM Building

The existing IMB Building, originally designed by Sir Denys Lasdun in 1983, underwent a 420,000 sq ft commercial renovation and vertical extension.

Developed by Stanhope and designed by AHMM, 80% of the building structure was retained with the extension providing an additional 118,400 sq ft of floorspace to the building, housing office and retail space with the highest sustainability standards.

Project completion is expected in 2024.
