Located at 69 Bride Street, the 245-room hotel gives a new lease of life to a building that also formerly housed a Huguenot church and a bird market.

We advised Cairn on daylight, sunlight and overshadowing matters to support on a successful result with the planning application.

The scheme completed in 2024.
